Come and hear Michael Connelly speak on America's Emerging Dictatorship.

Where? May Dragon Restaurant, 4848 Beltline Road in Addison, TX. (SE corner of Inwood and Belt Line)

When?   Dinner is at 6:30PM. We have a special menu from which to order.  The meeting begins at 7:00

Michael Connelly is a retired attorney and a U.S. Army Veteran. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Louisiana State University in 1973,  and practiced law in Baton Rouge, Louisiana for 26 years. He currently resides in Carrollton, Texas. He specialized in constitutional law during his practice and handled cases involving the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 9th, and 10th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution. He has taught law courses on the Internet and he is currently preparing to teach a course on the Bill of Rights. He is also a freelance writer and the author of four books:

• The Mortarmen, a book about his father’s unit during WW II
• Riders in the Sky: The Ghosts and Legends of Philmont Scout Ranch, a patriotic novel
• Amayehli: A Story of America
• America’s Liveliest Ghosts

He has a blog that deals with the current efforts by Congress and the Executive branch to limit the constitutional rights that are the birthright of every American. Mr. Connelly also has a weekly Internet radio show “Our Constitution,” and has recently published a pocket-sized booklet by the same name that discusses, in detail, every article, section, and amendment to the constitution and what they actual mean.

Over the years, Michael has:

• Written numerous articles on the law and other issues
• Made hundreds of speeches to civic groups
• Served as a Boy Scout leader
• And is the immediate past Commander of American Legion Post 597 in Carrollton, Texas.
